Coffee flavor

The fresh aroma of coffee determines the taste and quality of coffee, which is of great concern to professional coffee makers. Coffee is delicious when it is new, crispy, fresh and full of aroma from the finest Arabica beans. After roasting and packaging, coffee beans will retain their aroma for about 1 to 1.5 years in an aluminum foil bag or an airtight tin can. After leaving the factory and reaching consumers, coffee will retain its aroma for a maximum of about 3-4 weeks after opening the bag and being properly stored.

After being ground, coffee will be delicious for the first 15 minutes and then the taste and aroma of the coffee will gradually decrease. Therefore, when making coffee, we should only grind the amount we need.

To ensure that the coffee is always fresh and delicious, we need to keep the coffee beans away from the following factors:

o Sunlight

o Heat

o Air

Therefore, when putting coffee in the funnel (mill), we should put about ¼ of the funnel to limit the coffee from being directly exposed to sunlight, heat, or air (there is moisture in the air).

At the end of the day or after working hours, if there is still coffee in the funnel (mill), no matter how little or much, we must take all the coffee out of the funnel (mill), put it in a sealed bag, squeeze out all the air and tie it tightly.

Coffee should be stored in a cool, dry, dark place to avoid the above factors. Absolutely do not store coffee in the refrigerator because the steam and humidity in the refrigerator will make the coffee beans no longer crispy and fresh.
